Privacy & Cookies Policy

This policy explains rules of using Cookies in storage and access to information collected in User devices, to provide online services requested by the user, by TravelTECH Sp. z o.o. [Ltd.] with registered office in Cracow, Mogilska Street 69a.

Definitions:

  1. The Administrator – means TravelTECH Sp. z o.o. [Ltd] with registered office in Cracow (31-545), Mogilska Street 69a, entered into the Business Register of the National Court Register, District Court for Kraków – Śródmieście, KRS number: 0000258229, NIP number: 675-13-45-369, which provides online services, stores and accesses information saved on User Devices;
  2. Cookies – means computer data, in particular small text files, that are saved and stored on devices by which the User uses Service websites;
  3. Administrator Cookies – means Cookies published by the Administrator, related to online services provided by the Administrator through the Service website;
  4. External Cookies – means Cookies published by the Administrator partners via the Service website;
  5. The Service – means a website or a web application which is used by the Administrator to manage Internet service at www.traveltech.pl;
  6. The Device – means an electronic device used by the User to get access to the Service;
  7. The User – means entity for whose electronic services can be provided or with which a contract for providing electronic services may be concluded, in accordance with the Rules and the law.

Types of Cookies used:

  1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for User Devices. It is not possible for viruses and unwanted or malware software to enter User Devices this way. These files allow identifying software used by the User and adapt the Service to each User individually. Cookies typically contain a name of a domain, a time of storage on the Device and an assigned value.
  2. The Administrator uses two types of Cookies:
    • a) Session Cookies: are stored on the User Device and remain there until the end of a browser session. Saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device memory. A mechanism of Session Cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.
    • b) Persistent Cookies: are stored on the User Device and remain there until they are deleted by the User. The end of a browser session or shutting down the Device does not delete information form the User Device. A mechanism of Persistent Cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.
  3. The User has an ability to limit or to disable a cookies access to his Device. When he decides to use this option, use of the Service will be still possible with the exception of functions which require Cookies by their nature.

Purposes for which cookies are used:

  • I. The Administrator uses Cookies for following purposes:
    • Ia. The Service configuration:
      • – Adaptation of a content of Service websites to User preferences and optimization a use of Service websites;
      • – Identification of the User Device and its location to display a proper website, meeting individual needs of the User;
      • – Storing settings chosen by the User and the User interface personalization, for example in a selected language or in the User region of origin;
      • – Storing a history of pages visited in the Service for a future recommendation of contents.
    • Ib. The User authentication in the Service and assurance the User’s session in the Service:
      • – Maintenance of the Service User’s session (after logging in), so that the User does not have to re-enter his login and password on every subpage of the Service;
      • – Proper configuration of selected Service functions, allowing in particular an authentication of a browser session;
      • – Optimization and increase efficiency of services provided by the Administrator.
    • Ic. Implementation of processes necessary for a full website functionality:
      • – Adaptation of the Service content to the User’s preferences and optimization the use of Service pages. These files enable in particular to identify basic parameters of the User’s Device and display a proper website, meeting individual needs of the User;
      • – Correct operating of an affiliate program, allowing in particular a verification of sources of redirects Users to Service pages.
    • Id. Storing a location of the User:
      • – Proper configuration of selected functions of the Service, allowing in particular an adjustment of provided information to the User, taking into account its location.
    • Ie. Analysis, research and audit of the Service viewing:
      • – Production of anonymous statistics, which help to understand how the Service Users use the Service pages, what enable to improve their structure and content.
    • If. To ensure a safety and reliability of the Service.
  • II. The Administrator uses External Cookies for following purposes:
    • IIa. A presentation of a multimedia content on the Service websites, which is taken from an external Internet service:
      • – www.youtube.com [Cookies administrator: Google Inc., headquartered in the United States].
    • IIb. A collection of general and anonymous data via static analysis tools:
      • – Google Analytics [Cookies administrator: Google Inc., headquartered in the United States].

Possible to define conditions of storage or access for Cookies:

  1. The User can change his Cookies settings freely and at any time, defining conditions of Cookies storage and access to the User’s Device by Cookies. The change of settings, mentioned in the preceding sentence, may be made by using the Internet browser settings or by using a service configuration. These settings may be changed in particular to block automatic support of Cookies in the Internet browser settings or to inform about every posting of Cookies on the User’s Device.   2. The User may delete Cookies at any time, using features available in the Internet browser.
  3. Restricting use of Cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service websites.
