A simple plug-in for Travelport Smartpoint designed to automate the work of an airline cashier.

The operation of the fee manager – TravelTECH Fee Manager – comes down to automatic PNR download from the GDS system, calculation of the transaction (service) fee and adding the calculated value in appropriately defined remarks of this reservation. The fee is calculated on the basis of the rules defined in the configuration module, taking into account such booking parameters as agent, direction, carrier, price, etc. TFM works exclusively with Travelport Smartpoint.

One click on the TFM icon in the Smartpoint application or entering the appropriate command from the level of the open PNR will cause TFM to calculate and add appropriate fees to the booking remark.
